Competitive Brand Overlay: The Competitive Brand Overlay melds the results of the Industry Audit and Brand Inventory, providing directional insights on options you have for growing your business. The Overlay identifies where you currently are vis-a-vis the competition from a products, promotional, and positioning perspective; it highlights the key vulnerabilities and opportunities which exist and what it will take to for you to fill those gaps from a business and consumer perspective. Testing may be done; recommendations are given as to the most viable scenarios to pursue.
