Caryn Goldsmith – Principal
Caryn Goldsmith has more than 25 years experience helping companies build their businesses. She has done this by identifying consumer needs and helping companies design programs to strengthen existing customer relationships and attract and retain new customers. Strongly grounded in traditional training, Caryn is an innovator who has created new tools and approaches to suit a changing, more complex business environment. Her core expertise is in strategic planning, marketing research (qualitative and quantitative), account planning, and customer relationship management and optimization (with a strong brand focus) – in both traditional and interactive environments.
Caryn received her early research training from U.C.L.A., where she was awarded a B.A. with departmental honors in Political Science. An alumni of large agencies such as Foote, Cone & Belding and Della Femina, McNamee, WCRS, she is also a graduate of the AAAA’s Institute for Advanced Advertising Studies. She is currently a member of QRCA.
